If you are consistent biller and proven performer who can demonstrate the depth of your market knowledge and relationships, Castlefield offers the right environment for entrepreneurially minded high achievers.

You will be given responsibility from day one to manage your own time in a “mature” working environment where you are not micro managed around KPIs. Focus is on delivery and you are trusted to manage your desk how you know it will succeed – rather than being forced to work in a “one cap fits all” rigid structure.

Training is always available along with advice from your peers, Managers and Directors.
