The culture at Castlefield is one that suits high achievers with a competitive spirit. Castlefield is itself a “bedroom to boardroom” success story, starting in a flat in Castlefield in 2013 and quickly growing to 30 staff based in city centre locations in Manchester and Leeds.

How it all began

Three founding Directors established Castlefield on the principles of professionalism, honesty and the delivery of first-rate customer service. This was borne out of earlier careers that left us questioning the way in which the recruitment industry was heading – leading to the belief that there had to be a different way. We are passionate about ensuring that all Castlefield employees work in an environment that offers a true meritocracy, where you are directly rewarded for the efforts you put in.

We found this approach quickly resonated with our clients and experienced consultants began to seek out Castlefield as the ideal place for them to advance their careers.
